A little about meThere is beauty in becoming.
This is a new season of blooming.
I'm Onyinyechi “Onyii” Brown - a Nigerian-born creative, entrepreneur, wife, mother of three, and a woman of faith. My life has been shaped by the people I love, the things I've created, the places I've been, and the lessons I've learned along the way.
Born in Nigeria, raised in Massachusetts, and now rooted in Houston, I carry my heritage with me everywhere. I love beautiful things, meaningful conversations, discovering new places, and bringing people together. My faith keeps me grounded, and my curiosity keeps me growing.
At 50, I'm celebrating all the chapters that brought me here and making room for the woman I'm still becoming.

01 / The artistArt is how I see the world.
My love for art, fashion, culture, and expression led me to build Onyii & Co., a fashion brand rooted in individuality and confident style. Over the years, my creative journey has been featured in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Houstonia, and the Houston Chronicle.
Creativity has never been limited to what I wear or design. It's in the stories I tell, the spaces I shape, and the way I connect ideas and people.
02 / The motherLove is the legacy.
Of all the hats I've worn, being a mother is one of my greatest joys. My husband and I have spent 25 years building a life together and raising our three children.
Family has taught me grace, patience, resilience, and the importance of being present. I hope my children see that life is a journey of faith, love, responsibility, and the courage to keep dreaming.

03 / The entrepreneurNever just one title.
Building a fashion business taught me what it means to turn a vision into something real. My journey later took me into Houston real estate, where I found new ways to bring together design, storytelling, business, and relationships.
I'm a dreamer and a doer. I love creating, learning, exploring what's next, and finding possibilities where others may not see them.
